At Reliquia Collective, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original jewelry boxes or garment bags and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
